Why can’t I dial it down, be less?

Meditation
I.
I am an onion, full of layers, all interconnected.
II.
I am a chain, all of its loops interconnected.
III.
I have a rich, deep vein of love that courses through me. I love the way it feels as it flows through me. I could cut that off, starve it. Starve me.
IV.
Instead, I nourish that vein. I enlarge it. I evolve it. I grow it.
V.
I am the vein.
