I’m not into fashion–jeans, a t-shirt, sneakers and I’m good to go. That being said, I read Robin Givhan’s columns every week, not because I want the latest fashion advice, but because of how she connects the small world of fashion with the wider world. This week, she’s spot-on with her observation of how the Salahis got into the White House state dinner without an invite: they looked the part. They looked like they should have been there.
