No easy marks

I’m watching the situation in Washington with President Obama and Gen. McChrystal. And I’ve noticed something very familiar.

Some folks seem to think that  if a person is quiet (or introverted), that person–stoic, passionless–will be easy to take advantage of.

Until a moment comes.

When the quiet leader stands up for what is right, and not for mere theater.
