Screen pass

Lately, I’ve been coming home from work, grabbing a snack, and going for a walk. It makes for a good, healthy way to decompress and get some exercise. One thing I leave behind are my screen, my Blackberry and my iPhone. They constantly fill with messages, some important, others not. I just want 30 minutes without a distraction. 30 minutes without screens demanding I feed their attention.
